Responsabilities

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, forums, and other online channels.
  • Community Engagement: Foster active engagement within the cybersecurity community, responding to comments, messages, and facilitating discussions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow ENIX's presence on various social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate virtual and physical events to bring the community together, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and meet-ups.
  • Brand Advocacy: Encourage community members to become brand advocates, promoting ENIX within their networks.
  • Feedback Gathering: Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams, gathering feedback and insights to improve services and offerings.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share industry news, cybersecurity trends, and educational content to keep the community informed.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor community metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on community engagement and sentiment.

Required Skills

  • Social Media Savvy: Proficient in using and managing various social media platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with the community.
  • Cybersecurity Awareness: Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts to communicate effectively with a cybersecurity-focused audience.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics and multimedia.
  • Event Coordination: Experience in planning and executing virtual and physical events.
  • Community Building: Proven ability to build and maintain an online community.

Nice to Have

  • Cybersecurity Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
  • Previous Community Management Experience: Experience in managing communities, especially in the tech or cybersecurity space.
